Cancellation Policy

• The last date for booking any trip is 7 days before the departure date, and reservations can be made at 25% of the trip value, with the rest of the amount to be completed 3 days before the trip.
• If the cancellation occurs 127 hours before the flight, 50% of the reservation value will be deducted.
• If you cancel 48 hours before the flight, the full amount will be deducted.
• If you cancel the event, the full amount will be refunded or transferred to another trip according to the customer’s desire.
• Our previous clients can book more than one trip and transfer between them.

Before booking, ask about the number of participants and the amount discounted in case of cancellation.

Reservation Policy

• Now you can pay via Visa (in or out of Egypt)  and you can transfer InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Fawry from any store, via online bank transfer, or through withdrawal machines without needing a bank card.
• You can receive an invoice with your name, the date of the trip, and the amount paid via private mail or text message.
• You can obtain an invoice through 01111004646, issued through transfer via Visa, MasterCard, or Fawry.

Advantages of Early Reservations

1. If you reserved 35 days before the trip, you would get a discount.
2. If you reserved 45 days before the trip, you would get free camping equipment.
3. You can transfer the amount paid between events with ease and without deducting any amount.
4. The value of the trip does not change even if the diesel price changes.
5. You will have the opportunity to prepare your equipment and the trip requirements with our experience.
