camping & hotel All summer long Family Trips (Suitable for everyone) 3 or 4 days
Our trip will take us to these places, where we will visit places that you won’t believe exist in Egypt, like the caves in Al-Methane, and we will pass by Bagosh, Sidi Heneish, Al-Abyad, Aqr El Khadem, and Laguna
Our accommodation will be camping, and we will eat the most delicious local food there (Abu Mardum – Al-Mabkabka).
Day 1: We will depart at 2 am from Cairo and 5 am from Alexandria. We will head from Cairo towards Ras El Hekma where we will have breakfast on the beach at Bagosh Sidi Heneish. In the afternoon, we will head towards Marsa Matrouh for camping and have a Bedouin dinner.
Day 2: We will wake up early for breakfast and visit Aqr El Khadem, then spend the day at Laguna or Ras Abu Lahou.
Day 3: We will wake up early for breakfast and head towards the caves. We will spend the whole day exploring the caves, swimming in them, taking pictures – you don’t have to know how to swim to enter the caves but you must follow instructions for your safety first. Important
Answering all questions about the Marsa Matrouh trip:
– Camping in double tents set up in our own campsite is included in the trip price.
– The campsite has changing rooms, two bathrooms, water, electricity, and good mobile network coverage.
– The campsite is just steps away from the sea in an area close to caves.
– The trip includes visits to different beaches like Bagoush and Laguna in the morning, and visits may change depending on the weather and wave conditions before returning to the campsite.
– We are about 40 km away from Marsa Matrouh city, so going down to the city is not easy.
– We bring our own food, water, drinks, and buy fruits as soon as we arrive so we don’t need to go down to the city and sit at a cafe. Our evenings are spent around the fire enjoying a different experience.
– The cost of food and drinks is included in the trip price so you don’t need to bring anything except your own utensils (plate, spoon, fork, knife, bottle) which will be washed and reused to preserve the environment and reduce waste.
